The Bishops who have or will speak out against the war are showing both courage and leadership that the world needs. Unfortunately Bishop Barron has decided to show neither and by remaining silent has created a vacuum that is in itself an injustice.

I love these faith leaders; they're leading by example. I pray enough of us are awake enough to see it.

I very much appreciate the US American bishops telling us of the Just War teaching of the Catholic Church, which I have always supported. My question, however, is: How do we expect a nation that is not primarily Catholic to follow a Catholic Just War teaching? I would hope that Just War would be a value for more than just Catholic US citizens.

This war is evil verses good when threatened by nuclear war fair this is EVIL, to take the weapon away from the evil doers saves humanity. Do you know why Jesus was angry at the money chargers in the temple???? Do you understand evil? Do you understand an evil hateful minded person along with strong warfare? Do you understand EVIL at all? This is not the power-hungry fools with the ego running their lives by choice. It is pure God given common sense get rid of evil get rid of your power-hungry control. Stick to the teaching of Jesus read the bible use common sense drop your evil ego do not allow your ego to control you. Allow Jesus in your hearts. Wake up from your gold cathedrals with your guards protecting you feed the sick get off your PEDTSTALS wake up trust Jesus drop your ego use God given common sense. Those meetings you are holding are only crap sessions. Let Jesus in and drop your ego's. AMEN!

Unsurprisingly Bishop Baron sits in one of Trump’s committees. That is probably the long and short of the fact that many US Catholics view Trump favorably. That, in my opinion, points to a larger Church crisis for US Catholics. Plain sad!

Even Taylor Marshall says the war is unjust.
