That is possible, however, do exercise some caution in your claim of a parishioner or a fellow worker reporting him. ICE has very extensive resources they can rely on. They may have run through old criminals records (and spotted his DUI), or tax records, credit card records, medical records -- literally with all the info collected every day on those living and working and shopping in the US, ICE may well have easily stumbled across his name and work address that way.
